What does Joseph Gordon-Levitt do when he isn’t using his creative juices on the silver screen? Start a production company, DUH! hitRECord is Gordon-Levitt’s latest project and is unlike most production companies  you’ll find in Los Angeles.

hitRECord is an ‘open-collaborative’  that invites writers, musicians, filmmakers, animators, photographers to take advantage of the internet by allowing artist from all over the world to collaborate. The movement is quickly gaining speed, recently surpassing 100k registered and managed to grab the eye of Levi’s will come on board distributing films, staging concerts and displaying artwork, providing a platform for new talent.
