After a friends recent run in with the law, an interesting question was sparked; would he still be punished the same way if he were a celebrity? Here in Hollywoodland  you can’t turn the television on without hearing about a celebrity getting arrested.

Whether it’s drug possession, DUI, or speeding it seems like these celebs cannot get it right.  All of this is kind of surprising considering that most are making a substantial amount of money. They should easily be about to find someone to take care of their dirty work considering their million dollar signing bonuses. That sounds bad let me clarify by dirty work I mean being the DD or even just carrying their illegal substances. Don’t they realize that their image has a direct correlation with their wallets?  To make it even worst when they do get caught they get a simple slap on the wrist compared to what us “normal people” would receive. Maybe it’s just me, but shouldn’t their actions be punished harsher since in most cases they are idolized by young mold-able minds?

Here are  our top 5 repeat offenders who frequently do  the crime , but never  do the time. Most are put in rehab, on probation, or receive community service. With the the exception of Paris and Kiefer who did short stints in “Hollywood jail”
