Born on the coast in sunny So Cal under the title initials JH, artist AHH’D has been making a stir in the Los Angeles art scene since late 2005 and has since exhibited works in various galleries and alternative spaces across America and abroad.
The most recent thread of works by AHH’D portrays an artistic interpretation of studies largely based on quantum mechanics. In essence bringing to the table a scientific approach to life through art and bridging the gap between science and those who are afraid or shy away from the subject.
To take a deeper look at the science behind it, AHHD incorporates the study of energy being the core of life and the body serving as a vessel in which to perform operations in the physical world. This physical make-up, composed of a tiny molecular structure contains a large empty or negative space between the cores of every singular molecule called the electron field. In his exploded illustrations from this knowledge of negative space, AHHD’s goal is to help educate people while giving them interesting visuals to bend their mind.
Knowing that art is all based on perception, and science on desire for knowledge, AHHD doesn’t expect everyone to grasp the complete concept of his art. Although for those who understand the fundamentals of life science and the studies of quantum mechanics, they will get more pleasure from the works than, say, the “average Joe”.
With a progressive attitude on current events and social issues, Artist AHHD hopes to spark motivation in viewers to move forward in finding a “cure” or a solution to the mishaps and hurdles that continue corruption.
